Jeffrey Dahmer, a sex offender and serial killer, was born on May 21, 1960. Between 1978 and 1991, Dahmer executed 17 men in a most terrible manner. He engaged in cannibalism, necrophilia, rape, and dismemberment among other crimes.

Dahmer enrolled in college that September, but he left school early due to his inebriation. Then, under pressure from his father, he enlisted in the military, serving in Germany as a combat doctor between 1979 and 1981.

Dahmer never succeeded in quitting his habit after being freed that spring and moving back to Ohio. His drinking continued to cause problems, so his father moved him to live with his grandmother in West Allis, Wisconsin.

In the gay bathhouses he frequented, Dahmer would drug men and rape them while they were asleep. He was given probation despite being held twice for indecent exposure in 1982 and 1986. He was not charged with the rape.
